PHONE ORDERS: Presently, the fasted, easiest way to order Bergamini Beads is to place a call directly to Bergamini Beads owner Laurie Jager at 814.861.3958 Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm ET.
This is the best way to insure personalized customer service. I will be able to
listen to your needs and custom pick the beads that you want based on your preferences
for colors, cane patterns, bead diameters, lengths and hole sizes. Any designer
knows how important bead and hole sizes are to jewelry construction. A phone call
will enable me to get it right the first time!
FAX ORDERS: Ordering by fax is also possible by dialing 814.861.3959.
MINIMUM ORDER: 1/2 pound of beads, any combination or colors, sizes, stripes or solids.
DISCOUNT PRICING: Order 5+ pounds and get 10% off, 10+ pounds and get 20% off.
PAYMENT METHODS: We take VISA or MASTERCARD over the phone and ship within 24 hours - or - prepayment by personal check prior to shipping.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: We ship via USPS or UPS Ground and fully insure all shipments. Please call for rate quotes.
ALL SALES FINAL: While we do not give cash refunds, we will gladly make exchanges.
Just send back any beads that do not work for your designs and we will replace them with those of your choosing for a 20% restocking fee.
